Perfection is in the details. We will help you define your vision and then bring your personal style to life with our creative direction. Our hands-on approach to every detail ensures that your event will be the lived experience of your story, in a narrative that engages all of your senses, from start to finish.
We begin with the inspiration for your destination and dig into your story. How can we best express what you love about this place? Think handcrafted elements made by the region’s artists, food sustainably produced and prepared by local chefs and cooks, (because fresh is always better), personalized murals painted by your favourite artist or the giant umbrella leaf that canopies your special moment.

We all know how hard it is to get the whole family in a picture, let alone meeting everyone’s needs and expectations at a destination wedding.
Your guests are the key element at your wedding. They are giving their time, attention and resources to celebrate your love at a remote place, far from home. We respect this, and take the quality of their experience very seriously. It’s important for their time to be full, colourful and joyful.
We help you make sure that everyone is comfortable, cared for, and enjoying their time away from home. We’ll help you craft the ideal wedding weekend, with a schedule that includes all of the local must-do activities, while leaving plenty of time for resting, relaxing and just enjoying the moment.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGEMENT
It's that sound of the clinking of cutlery and glassware that reminds us why we love our job. We are, above all, hospitality specialists.
Six food trucks, four live food stations, two catering companies--because we need a vegan option, too!-- four satellite bars, eight bartenders, twenty servers, a midnight ice cream and coffee stand, and anything else you need to make the experience truly yours. We’ll set it up. We’ll carefully accommodate all dietary restrictions and allergies. And, we’ll be the ones making sure the floor is swept at the end of the night once everyone is gone.
